If you wish to contact us regarding a particular issue of concern, please give as much detail as possible, including the nature of the concern, any relevant dates and times and any other appropriate information. This will allow us to conduct an appropriate investigation.
In the vast majority of cases, aircraft are usually found to be compliant with all required aviation and local promulgated procedures and we may be unable to take any direct action regarding your concern, although details will be retained, collated and trends in any non-compliance will be reported to the Airport Consultative Committee periodically

Please note that due to our operational team’s primary duties in managing the safety and compliance of the airport on a day-to-day basis, we are unable to discuss each and every noise concern by telephone or social media. All noise concerns should be submitted using the form below.
